PROGRAMME DETAILS
Each two-day residential programme gathers board directors from various organisations to participate together as a programme cohort. Ideally, participants are sent in pairs by the same sponsoring board to enhance the chances of successful implementation later on, although we can pair individual participants.
Each cohort learns and networks together during the residential programme. Thereafter, they continue to support each other as they implement cognitive diversity within their respective boards.
You will experience the application of cognitive diversity in a live setting and develop a practical plan under guidance to realise its benefits within your boardroom.
The programme is structured primarily around group work, with lively exercises, discussion and practical boardroom planning.
Ongoing support is provided online and through your programme cohort.
